General Shipping?
Current shipping delays: Due to Covid-19, there may be additional shipping delays domestically and internationally.
Please note that all orders will typically take between 3-5 business days to process.

Estimated Delivery Times?
Print-on-Demand services are being used therefore fulfillment time will be factored in for the estimates.

Orders Arriving Separately?
Due to the fulfillment process for Print on Demand being made-to-order, not all items are finished at the same time and the manufacturer doesn't necessarily try to group up orders from the same customer. Each item will be shipped out as they are finished and may arrive in separate batches.

Scent from Shirts?
This is normal! The ink used for the graphic shirts from my current manufacturer has a very distinct scent. One wash will make it go away no problem.

Washing Instructions?
For graphic tees and hoodies: Turn your glams inside out and machine wash cold. Dry them at heats below high for best results. Probably don't want to wash your stickers.

Refunds + Returns?
If a product is lost, defective, or damaged, please contact me within 4 weeks of arrival for a possible refund or return.
